Service Description

Zevro.ai ("Zevro", "we", "us", or "our") is an enterprise AI engineering company. We design, build, deploy, and manage production-grade AI systems, including custom AI agents, machine learning pipelines, MLOps infrastructure, and AI strategy consulting.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zevro.ai website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content without our express permission

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Zevro.ai website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of Zevro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Client Work Product

Ownership of work product created during client engagements is governed by the specific agreement between Zevro and the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive full ownership of custom code, models, and deliverables created specifically for their engagement.

Pre-existing IP

Zevro retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies. Where such pre-existing IP is incorporated into client deliverables, Zevro grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it within the scope of the delivered project.

Client Engagements

Professional services provided by Zevro are governed by separate engagement agreements (such as Statements of Work or Master Service Agreements) entered into between Zevro and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. During and after any engagement:

  • We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
  • Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Specific confidentiality terms may be defined in individual engagement agreements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Zevro.ai website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • Zevro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • Liability for professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zevro, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
